Step 2 — Match With a Provider Our referrals team works to identify and connect you with a therapist, psychiatric provider, dietitian, or wellness provider who is the right fit.

Step 3 — Schedule Your First Appointment Appointments are scheduled directly with your provider once a match is made and your insurance benefits are verified.

Understanding Payment and Out-of-Network Benefits

Southeast Psych is out-of-network with insurance plans. Depending on your plan, however, you may have out-of-network benefits that reimburse you for a portion of eligible psychological treatment or testing expenses.

How Payment Works

1 — Receive Care
Schedule and attend your appointment with your Southeast Psych clinician.

2 — Pay for Services
Clients pay Southeast Psych directly for services.

3 — Submit to InsuranceSoutheast Psych can provide the documentation needed to submit eligible services to your insurance
company.

4 — Receive Any Available Reimbursement
If your plan includes out-of-network mental health benefits, your insurance company may reimburse you according to your specific coverage.

Important: Coverage and reimbursement vary by insurance plan. Contact the Member Services number on the back of your insurance card to ask about your out-of-network mental health and psychological testing benefits.
